As Content Localization Manager you will be part of the User Experience and Product Design Team, which belongs to the Product Department and is integrated into the R&D Global Team. This is a hands-on role.

What you will do
Recruit, manage and coordinate the team that will be responsible for product content creation and localization, both internal and external resources
Monitor translator and reviewers performance, both of internal and external resources
Tutor and mentor UX writers in their professional growth and development
You will be responsible for the English master (UX writing) of our product content to be used as common starting point for translations and localization
Cultural correctness validation
Control quality as well as compliance with guidelines and reference material such as Brand guidelines and tone of voice
Respond to translators questions about specific projects
Being the owner of the localization tool in use (localised), defining the best set-up and pipeline
Update documentation on localization processes and ensure information is always complete and up to date
Identifying and tracking issues in the translation and localization process, suggesting solutions to encountered problems
Facilitate kickoff and debrief meetings if necessary for larger projects

English native speaker
Successful previous experiences in copywriting and/or UX Writing roles
Mastering verbal and written communication in English
Previous experience in a fast-growing product company established in different countries
Experience as a people manager and hiring manager
Experience with translation, localization and proofreading
Strong attention to detail and rigorous respect of deadlines
Flexible, proactive and team-oriented attitude
Ability to learn new tools quickly and effectively
Ability to work under pressure as well as independently

You have already worked for marketplaces and/or e-commerce, better if in the grocery and/or in the delivery industry.
You have some experience in working with UX research across different countries.
