For our headquarters in Milan, we are looking for a Head of Corporate Development and M&A who will develop strategies and identify acquisition opportunities to accelerate our growth.
You will have a key role in identifying and leading end to end M&A opportunities, sourcing fundraising and driving optimal capital allocation. You will also build and nurture strong relationships within our industry ecosystem, dealing directly with startups, shareholders on behalf of Everli.

What you will do
As Head of Corporate Development and M&A, you will focus on management of key external relationships (e.g., investment funds or banks), deal sourcing and execution of new investment opportunities, partnerships/alliances, acquisitions, mergers, planning and developing our M&A and strategic investments worldwide.
You will plan and develop a mid-/long-term corporate strategy for Everli together with our CEO, Senior Leadership Team and Executive Board;
You will support Everli's growth strategy through identification, assessment and execution of potential mergers, acquisitions, investments and joint ventures to maintain our leadership position in the industry;
You will collaborate with our Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement plans that will ensure scalability of our business model, accommodating the rapid growth objectives of our organization;
You will conduct market intelligence and benchmarking initiatives in the e-grocery industry;
You will manage investor relationships with current and new potential stakeholders, representing the company with clients.

You got a Master Degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering. MBA qualification is a plus;
You developed at least 8-10 years of experience in the investment banking field or in top consulting firms, with a strong focus on the consumer tech industry;
You have a proven track record in managing large scale strategic projects (e.g. M&A, business development or organizational transformation), managing all aspects of transactions from negotiation to execution;
You have a solid foundation in business topics, planning, strategic methodologies and project management;
You can demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and endurance;
You have a strong commitment, interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial thinking to motivate others and the ability to inspire colleagues on all levels in shaping the future of Everli;
You are fluent in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and in writing skills in delivering analyses and presentations at Executive level.
