Job description

We are looking for an Offer and Go To Market manager - FMCG Brand to join our growing Central Business Development Team.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development you will be the go-to-guy of the team for everything concerning our FMCG proposition. From how we pitch our solutions to our brand customers and how we monitor the adoption, to how we take pricing end offer evolution decisions. The successful candidate will combine marketing and analytical skills to support the team in the application of Everli’s commercial strategy across the market where we operate. The position will have high exposure towards our customers and a four-hands connection with all our local salespeople.

This job opportunity is open to anyone who either has an EU Passport, Schengen Work Visa or EU residency permit.

What you will do:

  • Build a great team of professionals

  • International coordination and alignment between local sales FMCG brand team

  • Design and keep updated the B2B commercial strategy in terms of positioning and priorities in our offer portfolio

  • Performs competitors benchmark and cross industry comparisons (not only between e-grocery but also between data providers and media)

  • Customer discovery with our sales team directly involved in customer meetings

  • Work with the product team on business plan and product market fit

  • Plan and execute great go to market plans

  • Provide aggregated sales forecast, reporting actual vs plan updates and highlight future issues

  • Share best practices and customer success stories

  • You got a Master Degree in Engineering or Economics;

  • You are familiar with the concepts of performance marketing and with the world on online media;

  • You have experience with some Business Intelligence analysis (nice to have);

  • You can handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment;

  • You speak English fluently and are interested in working with international stakeholders.
