For our branch in Warsaw, we are looking for a Retail Marketing Specialist with a strong commercial attitude and business acumen. Reporting to the Marketing Manager Poland, you will be responsible for the strategic/operational development and management of Trade and Retail Marketing with our GDO partners.

What you will do
The Retail Marketing Specialist will define our strategy and value proposition to make Everli present on retailers’ properties (both online and offline), as well as develop partnerships with third party brands aimed at lead acquisition and customer retention.
Working closely with our Polish Business Development Retailer team, you will develop joint marketing activities to maximize communication, optimize investments and match Everli and retailers’ needs.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks
seeking for partnership opportunities, evaluating the offers;
negotiating the conditions, managing the process of signing agreements;
generating and sharing vouchers with partners;
tracking the effectiveness of the campaigns;
cooperation with the other markets to scale and optimize the campaigns that could be run internationally.
cooperating with the Marketing HQ team in the international affiliate network campaigns;
managing the local affiliate network cooperation (local POC for all the activities, tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of the local campaigns, accounting and reporting).
Implementation of the central MemberGetMember strategy.
Local POC for all the Everli Plus activities and campaigns with the focus on implementation of the central strategy;
Retail co-marketing activity management - planning and managing special promotional activities with retailers with the discount codes included (planning and scheduling activities, coordinating the flow between retailer and Junior Marketing Specialist responsible for communication and creativities, tracking and reporting the effects, passing the info to the catalog team for accounting).
